The staff are friendly, but honestly, I woudl ve appreciated a room upgrade instead of being subjected to that awful sewer smell. Very unpleasent. Not to mention, the pool area needs some real TLC. If it weren't for these issues, I almost would have given a good review, but alas, I just couldn't.

the superior room is newly decorated and decent sized. their breakfast option with indonesian dishes, fruit, noodles pancakes is amazing, put others we have been to shame! the staff are very very helpful and attentive, offer exceptional services.

Hotel had a great pool and bedroom was good. Bathroom was not the greatest, though generally in bali that is the case, it also smelt. breakfast was good and service was excellent

great spot for beach strolls and local cafes

my stay was fantastic, as it was just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes for meals, making it easy to enjoy my mornings by the shore and afternoons at the local eateries.

outdated towels

The cracked pool tiles were quite concerning, and I felt uneasy while swimming. I noticed that the bath towels were outdated and in need of replacement, disappointing given the hotel's ambiance.

the staff were so helpful and friendly. the rooms were cleaned every day, meticulously, breakfast was good, complimentary bottles of water every day, lovely shower gel and shampoo provided, beautiful pool and gardens, excellent access to the beach - 5 mins.

the mould/damp in the bathroom - really needs some renovation.
